- • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted without any additional charge, subject to availability.
- • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to an additional fee.
3. Cancellation by BuildingsExpert
- • If BuildingsExpert is unable to provide the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly.
- • In such cases, customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- • On-site visits already completed
- • Services that have already commenced or been delivered
- • Any charges clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
